I’m Elecia Williams, the founder of All About You Youth Services.
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with 7 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental differences, I’ve seen firsthand how difficult it can be for families to find babysitters who truly understand their child’s needs. That’s why I created All About You Youth Services, a specialized in-home babysitting service built on empathy, experience, and individualized care.
I started this journey because I believe every child deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported—not just in school or therapy, but at home, during playtime, and in everyday moments. And every parent deserves peace of mind knowing their child is in the hands of someone who gets it.
At All About You Youth Services, we do more than just babysit. We connect, engage, and provide comfort tailored to each child’s world. Whether your child is nonverbal, has sensory sensitivities, or thrives on routine, we’re here to help them feel at ease while giving you the break or support you need.
